We have implemented BuildSmart about 18 months ago and we found it to be a huge success in our business. We did not have a procurement system before, and having a procurement system that is directly linked to your accounting software provided many benefits to our business. We found that we had more control over our suppliers and less “late invoices”/surprises. Recently we have decided to also implement the use of Candy estimating and strengthen our setup with the integration of the tender / budget with our procurement and accounting software. So far it seems like that will unlock even more benefits and in the process we could rely less on spreadsheets and other measures. We are overall happy with the package and after sales service is probably one of the most outstanding perks you receive after purchase compared to other ERP solutions.
